Program Inclusions:

• Sleeping accommodations at Hotel SOFIA in Barcelona for one (1) night, on May 31. The ship has a prompt departure time. To ensure no guests miss the departure, we encourage you to arrive in Barcelona on May 31. Your hotel stay will be covered for this night. Meals are on your own.

  • NOTE: If you prefer to arrive on June 1, you must be able to land by 11AM. Should you miss the departure of the Azamara Quest in Barcelona, you will be responsible for the cost associated with transfer to the next port in St. Tropez.

• Sleeping accommodations on the Azamara Quest for five (5) nights (June 1 - June 5 with departures on June 6), and associated tax and service charges.

• Roundtrip airfare for you and one guest from your home airport: arriving in Barcelona, Spain and departing from Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport in Rome

• Ground transfer from airport to hotel (May 31) OR airport to ship (June 1), hotel to ship (June 1), and ship to airport (June 6). If you choose to arrive early or stay late, you must make your own transfer arrangements. Group-arranged transfers are only available on the first and last days of official Club trip.

• Cost of Visa, if required (can be expensed via T&E)

• Mandatory business meeting for qualifiers

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are included from dinner on June 1st through breakfast on June 6
