*Everyone must be on the ship by 3:45pm on June 1, no exceptions due to disembarking laws, therefore, most attendees will need to arrive May 31 in Barcelona.
Genesys will cover roundtrip coach airfare for qualifier (employee) and one guest 16 years of age or older. If you wish to fly to/from anywhere else besides your local airport or you want to fly on dates outside of May 31st-June 6th you are responsible for the additional costs should they exceed the purchase of airfare to/from your local airport on the specified program dates. You will need to pay for the ticket and expense only the non-deviation cost. Your American Express agent will provide you with this amount.

Additionally, once your registration and flight options have been submitted, an AMEX representative will respond within 96 business hours. Please be sure to check your spam folder as American Express Global emails are known to go to that spam folder.

TRANSPORTATION INCLUSIONS
Genesys will cover ground transfers:

Airport transportation from Barcelona and to Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino airports.

Day/evening off-boat activities if sponsored by Genesys.

Genesys will sponsor your sleeping accommodations for reservations checking in on Thursday, May 31, if necessary* and checking out on Wednesday, June 6th. Your hotel stay will be covered for the night of May 31 at the Club host hotel in Barcelona. Meals are on your own. If you prefer to arrive on June 1, you must land by 12:00PM/Noon.
*Everyone must be on the ship by 3:45PM on June 1, no exceptions due to disembarking laws, therefore, most attendees will need to arrive May 31.
NOTE: Should you miss the departure of the Azamara Quest in Barcelona, you will be responsible for the cost associated with transfer to the next port in St. Tropez.
Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly. All reservations should be made through the Genesys Club 2018 registration website, which will be live in January 2018.
Hotel incidentals outside of Genesys sponsored meals will be at the expense of the qualifier. Additional expenses (i.e. laundry, mini-bar charges, in-room movies, etc.) are the personal responsibility of the qualifier and WILL NOT be reimbursed by Genesys. You will be required to enter valid credit card information during your online registration & present your card upon check-in in order to guarantee incidental and additional charges.
We will make every effort to accommodate any special sleep accommodation requests but please note that special requests are based on hotel/ship availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Hotel check-in time is 3:00PM

Azamara Quest: June 1 - June 6
Ship embarkation time opens at 1:00PM on June 1. All guests must be on the ship no later than 3:45PM. There is a mandatory muster drill at 4:00PM.
The ship's final dock on June 6 wIll be at 7:00AM. Guests will need to disembark by 9:30AM.
Transportation will be provided from the Hotel SOFIA to the Azamara on June 1 from 11:40AM - 3:00PM for those who need to arrive on May 31 in Barcelona.
